Another wave of wintry weather didn’t stop visitors from attending the I Will wedding fair at Hilton Birmingham Bromsgrove on Sunday, when around 127 brides-to-be and their partners, families and friends took the opportunity to explore a host of wedding services under one roof.

More than 40 exhibitors were in residence at the smart hotel, offering a wide range of products and services as well as expert advice on organising a wedding. Visitors also enjoyed two catwalk shows, compèred by professional toastmaster Howard Jones, which revealed the latest fashion trends for all members of the wedding party.

The hotel’s events and weddings co-ordinator, Karen Dallaway, commented: “It was a really good day, with a great turnout despite the weather! We had a lot of enquiries, as did the exhibitors, and the toastmaster was an entertaining addition to the popular fashion shows.”

This was the second of I Will’s eight regional exhibitions taking place this spring, and the next event is this coming Sunday, February 7, at The Lygon Arms Hotel in Broadway. The impressive 16th-century hotel will play host to 26 exhibitors, showcasing wedding essentials from jewellery to stationery to music.

The fair runs between 12.30pm and 4.30pm, and don’t forget to enter the free prize draw to win a wedding gown worth up to £1,000 from this season’s sponsors, The Dressing Rooms of Halesowen.
