Pronuptia were excellent! I got my dress, four bridesmaid dresses and my suits there. Had all my alterations done too. Two of my other friends have also got their dresses from Pronuptia, all I have heard is positive reviews. Excellent customer service! The dress was stunning and thanks to Dawn & her colleagues who made my day possible.

Couldn't get better customer service anywhere. The staff (especially Dawn) were just so attentive, friendly and helpful - always happy to go 'the extra mile' - The alterations were made very quickly and were perfect. Each time we visited we were made to feel very welcome - and when another shop had let us down with alterations to the bridesmaida dresses they were very happy to step in and save the day and complete them within 1 week - AMAZING They even put us in contact with a local company that could dye shoes as we had been unable to find one - and even provided a map ! First class company and the staff are a credit to them Recommended to all prospective brides. AAA++++ Thank you so much for taking the stress out of buying the wedding dress - and making the pictures so fantastic.

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic ............ The whole process from originally trying on all the dresses in the shop to choosing my perfect dress was such a pleasent experience - thanks to Dawn, she was so supportive and I was given plenty of time and never felt rushed to make a decision i had two further dress fittings with alterations - which were done perfectly - and the dress fitted like a glove on the day I can not thank them enough they realy helped me to have a fantastic experience and wonderful day .

I can not praise this shop more highly. We visited many bridal shops in Chester and found the Pronuptua staff to be the most friendly and willing to listen and they took the time to find out exactly what we wanted. The dresses were beautiful, well made and at a reasonable cost.

I tried on many dresses until I found the one - a few alterations were needed and these were done very quickly and professionally.

My whole experience was a very pleasent one and expecial thanks to their colleague Dawn for all her help and support.

The bridesmaids dresses arrived on time.

The manager was very rude when approached with serious problems regarding alterations. He was unhelpful and demonstrated very poor customer service.

Their alteration service, times for fittings etc is very limited making it very difficult to conduct if you live anywhere other than Chester, which with bridesmaids is very possible.

I hope their service improves dramatically for the sake of other customers.
