I enrolled on the course as I was unemployed and sought work as a Chauffeur. After telephoning the office I was led to beleive that the course would be fully interactive and informative, ultimately allowing me to seek employment.

The staff member who I spoke to along with the website suggested that assistance and support would be given after the course in seeking employement within the industry, and also temporary assignments would be plentiful. Ironically they wouldn't confirm this in writing on an email.

My experience of the course was interesting! After the initial tea/coffee welcome the two day course started with an introduction to Chauffeuring and a short video on the Mercedes-Benz S Class, which is apperently the Chauffeurs choice of vehicle. There after the course was basic to say the least and could have been squeezed in one morning session. The rest of the time was spent listening to the Presidant of the Guild who droned on about his life as a chauffeur rather than teaching the class anything of value.

The website states that the course includes a range of topics which are "Just some Examples of the subject contents of the course". Of these points I would suggest that approximately 10% of areas were covered, and in short I learnt very little.

Following the course I was not assisted in gaining employment, and in short felt 'conned' out of my course fee which was indeed futile.
