so disapointing, the stock i found to be completly over priced not to metion old fashioned... i wanted a white gold cross for my wedding day but all they had was yellow chunky dated items or silver... i was expecting to see lots of bridesmiads ideas but the shelves and cabinets were pretty bare and most of it ive seen for a couple of years just moved around in different windows. the atmosphere is much like a funeral i think the place needs to get with it or just give up!

great experience choosing an engagement ring, the staff were really helpful and had lots of good advice about which suited me and best one i could get with the money we had to spend! will go back for my wedding rings and hopefully eterneity ring! also had lovely cheaper ewellery for my bridesmaids to wear! the ring we picked was too big but their jeweller made it may size while we had a coffee!! will definatly adivise everyone i know to purchase there over anywhere else in Lichfield
