Order placed and credit card debited 9 Nov 2010. Several email queries about delivery times produced no date, even approximate. Goods still not received on 31st March 2011. Phone number on website "not recognised". Where do we go from here?

If you cancel an order, don't expect to receive a refund. I have been waiting since September 2010 for my refund. All I get are excuses.
